Refreshing summer hot tea


2 slices fresh ginger

6 2’’ long lemon grass

5 whole cloves

½ cinnamon stick

1 tea spoon oolong or black tea

Splash of milk to taste (optional)



Boil 2 cups water to a boil. Turn off flame. Add first 4 ingredients and let steep for 10 minutes. After that add tea and let steep for 3 minutes.

Strain and drink as is or with milk.
